Delete your Tijuana Unlocked account
Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data. You do not need to open the app.
The fastest way: delete in the app
If you can still sign in, the quickest path is:
Preferences → Account → Delete account
The in-app flow confirms your identity automatically and starts deletion immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Auth record, including email or Google sign-in link.
- Your user profile and preferences.
- Saved commute plans, saved areas, and saved colonias.
- Alert preferences and subscribed water zones.
- Push notification tokens registered to your account.
Backups are purged on a rolling schedule of up to 35 days.
What this does not cancel
- Your paid subscription. Cancel it in the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
- App Store or Google Play purchase history. Those records are held by Apple and Google, not by us.
- Support emails you have sent us. Email us if you want those removed too.
Request deletion by email
Send your request to support@offshoreflow.net from the email address on your account so we can verify you.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the email on the account.
- We delete the data listed above within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- We reply to confirm when deletion is complete.
